Child and adolescent mental health experts convene in Miami

The biennial Niagara in Miami Conference conference on child and adolescent mental health will take place March 6-8 in the Kovens Conference Center on FIU’s Biscayne Bay Campus.

This is the seventh installment of the conference and the second in Miami. William E. Pelham, Jr., a leading authority on child behavior disorders and founder of the Niagara Conference, relocated the event to Miami when he joined the faculty at FIU to establish the FIU Center for Children and Families in 2010.

The conference offers an interdisciplinary focus on state-of-the-art interventions and evidence-based mental health services for children and adolescents.
